- Award: £1,000 per year (up to £3,000 total) for undergraduate degrees (satisfactory academic performance required).
4. TASS (Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme) at Northumbria University:
- Backed by Sport England, TASS helps student athletes manage their academic and athletic commitments.
- Services: Lifestyle support, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning training, personal development guidance (nutrition, psychology, etc.), medical and mental health resources.

Eligible Nationalities
These scholarships are open to domestic and international students of all nationalities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Individual Sport Scholarships:
Open to student athletes on a National Governing Body (NGB) Performance Pathway (excluding focus sports) competing at a National or International level.
- Focus Sport Scholarships:
Open to talented coaches applying or currently enrolled in any undergraduate or postgraduate program at Northumbria University (2024/25 academic year).
- Royal and Ancient Golf Bursary:
Open to full-time university students (male: handicap +1 or better; female: handicap 2 or below). National team or squad selection might be considered even if handicap requirements aren't met.
