Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria:
- Must have a PhD at the time of recruitment (within 8 months of the deadline)
- Ideally have some postdoctoral experience or demonstrated interdisciplinary work

- Cannot have been employed at ISTA prior to June 13, 2024
- Fellowship must commence within 6 months of selection
