- Daily living stipend: You will receive a daily allowance of €160 for up to 12 days, including your arrival and departure dates.
- Event materials: Proposals can include a budget for event-related materials, with a maximum of €500.

Eligibility Criteria
- Postdoctoral scholars and experienced faculty conducting research and/or teaching abroad at a university or research institute.
- Demonstrated strong international reputation in your field of research.
- Invitation to host by a faculty member at the University of Bonn (applications submitted by University of Bonn members only).
Application Procedure
Who can nominate?
Faculty members (holding a doctorate) at the University of Bonn can nominate researchers to participate in this fellowship program.
How to nominate:
- Online Form: Complete the online application form.
- Project Description (PDF, max 6 pages):
- Include the planned duration of the fellow's visit (month).
- Explain why you are inviting the fellow, highlighting their key research achievements and international reputation.
- If applicable, describe any existing collaboration between you and the fellow.
- Outline how the fellow will be integrated into the academic life at Bonn during their stay.
- Describe the anticipated outcomes of the visit, both short-term and long-term. If applicable, include plans for future collaboration.
- Attach the fellow's informal letter of consent to participate.
- Fellow's CV (PDF): Include the fellow's curriculum vitae.
- Signed Invitation Letter (PDF): You must submit a signed invitation letter from yourself, as the host faculty member at the University of Bonn.
- Financing Plan (Excel): Download and use the provided Excel template to create a financing plan for the fellowship.
