How to Apply for the SWUFE Chinese Government Scholarship
Step 1: Apply on the CSC Online Application System
- Register at CSC System.
- Select “Type B” in Program Category and enter SWUFE’s agency number 10651.
Step 2: Submit Application to SWUFE
- Register and submit your application at SWUFE International Students Service System.
- Pay the 600 RMB non-refundable application fee online.
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
Prepare the following documents:
- Recent ID photo (taken within the last 6 months).
- Highest degree certificate (notarized).
- Academic transcripts.
- Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
- Study plan (minimum 1,000 words).
- Language proficiency certificate (HSK/IELTS/TOEFL).
- Valid passport (not expiring before March 2026).
- Foreigner Physical Examination Record.
- Non-Criminal Record certificate.
- Proof of school performance (for current graduates in China).
