Benefits
Amount of scholarship: Monthly installments of €1,400. For the academic year 2025-2026 , one scholarship will be awarded
One-Year Programs:
- Stipend: €1,550 per month for 11 months
- Travel: Up to €1,000 reimbursement for international travel
- Visa/Residence Permit: Arranged and covered by Radboud University (approximately €210)
- Tuition: Not waived; varies by program
- Insurance: Covered by Fulbright
Two-Year Programs:
First Year:
- Stipend: €1,550 per month for 12 months
- Travel: Up to €1,000 reimbursement for international travel
- Visa/Residence Permit: Covered (approximately €207)
- Tuition: Not waived; varies by program
- Insurance: Covered by Fulbright
Second Year:
- Conditional upon satisfactory academic progress in the first year.
- Stipend: Up to €1,550 per month for a maximum of 11 months if awarded.
- Tuition: Not waived; varies by program
- Insurance: Covered by Fulbright
Eligible Nationalities
Fulbright-Radboud Scholarship is open to US citizens.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this prestigious scholarship, you must be a U.S. citizen with an exceptional academic background. A strong record of extracurricular involvement is also valued. Additionally, you must be accepted into a Master's program at Radboud University before applying for the scholarship.
Application Procedure
Applying to Radboud University
Applicants must complete two separate applications:
1. Radboud University Application:
- Apply directly to your desired Master's program at Radboud University.
- The application period opens on October 1, 2024.
- Admission decisions will be announced in late March 2025.
2. Fulbright Scholarship Application:
- Apply for the Fulbright-Radboud Scholarship through the button above.
- The application period opens on April 2, 2024, and closes on October 8, 2024, at 5 PM Eastern Time.
- Successful applicants must have been admitted to a Master's program at Radboud University.
