Application Procedure

What to Do:

  • Grab the Application Form: Head over to UINSA's official website and download the application form specifically designed for international students.
  • Prepare Your Application Materials:
  1. Get a legalized copy of your most recent diploma.
  2. Make photocopies of your passport or ID card.
  3. Include your official academic transcript.
  4. Put together a well-crafted curriculum vitae (CV) highlighting your academic and professional background.
  5. Secure a recommendation letter from your local embassy or consulate.

  • Secure Your Visa: UINSA can assist you in getting a limited stay visa (VITAS) from the Indonesian embassy or consulate closest to you. Be prepared, as this process can take about 3-4 months.
