Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants must:
- Be non-Chinese citizens under 45 years old with good health.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and have at least three years of work experience.
- Demonstrate English proficiency (IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 86, or equivalent).
- Be professionals in government, enterprises, international organizations, or research institutions.
Application Procedure
