Eligible Nationalities

NIDA Scholarships are open for only domestic  students.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Current Students: Students entering their first, second, or third year of a full-time Higher Education course (Bachelor or Master of Fine Arts degrees) can apply for scholarships at the beginning of the academic year.
  • New Students: Scholarships are available for new students starting in the 2025 intake.

Financial Need

Most NIDA scholarships prioritize students who can demonstrate a significant financial need. This includes those facing financial hardships that may hinder their ability to pursue their studies without assistance.

Specific Eligibility Groups

NIDA offers scholarships specifically designed for the following groups:

  • Rural or Remote Students: Students from rural or remote areas often face unique challenges in accessing education. These scholarships aim to support their journey to NIDA.
  • Female-Identifying Students: NIDA is committed to gender equality and offers scholarships to support female-identifying students in their studies.

Scholarship Timing
