The application process for the SJMN is streamlined and integrated with your graduate research program application. Here's what you need to know:

  • Single Application: You don't need to submit a separate application for the scholarship. A single application for your chosen program automatically considers you for all relevant graduate research scholarships, including the SJMN (if eligible).
  • Automatic Consideration: As long as you submit your application for admission by Round 4 of the year the scholarship is offered (October 31st deadline), you'll be automatically considered for nomination by the relevant faculty.
  • Faculty Invitation (New Applicants): If you're a new applicant, securing an invitation to apply from the relevant faculty is crucial before starting your application.
