Musicians Institute will provide an award of $1,500.00 tuition credit to be applied to the first quarter of the program.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must have to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must maintain enrollment at 12 units (full-time status) during the full length of the award period. Failure to maintain enrollment and satisfactory academic progress in the program for the full duration of the support will result in withdrawal of the award.
- The studentships are non-transferable, and may not be applied to any person, program, or start date other than the one for which it was awarded.
Application Procedure
In order to apply for the opportunity s, applicants must complete and submit an online application.
- Supporting Documents: Must submit YouTube video that must contain at a minimum: you performing three (3) songs that clearly demonstrate your improvisational melodic soloing abilities in any genre on the electric and/or acoustic guitar. Applicants are required to include three (3) live ensemble (band or duo) performances.
- Admission Requirements: Applicants must maintain enrollment at 12 units (full-time status) during the full length of the award period.
- Language Requirement: If your education has not been conducted in the English language, you will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency.
