Eligible Nationalities
This scholarship is open to
- Maltese Citizen: Resident in Malta for the past 5 years (exceptions for study, health, work abroad).
- EU/EEA National (or Family Member): Permanent resident in Malta for the past 5 years.
- EU/EEA Worker/Self-Employed: Exercising Treaty rights in Malta and residing for 5 years.
- Third-Country National: Long-term resident status (SL217.05) for the past 5 years.
- UK National (and Family): Residence document under UK Withdrawal Agreement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Maltese citizenship or permanent residence permit
- Exceptional talent in theatre, music, dance, design, creative writing, film, visual arts, or combinations thereof
