What the Fellowship Offers
The KWI International Fellowship Program 2025 is designed for outstanding researchers in the humanities, cultural studies, and social sciences who have completed their PhD and have up to six years of post-doctoral experience. Successful applicants will receive:
- A fellowship contract for a duration of six months, from April 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
- A monthly allowance of €4,000 (pre-tax) to cover rent, insurance, and living expenses.
- Partial reimbursement of travel expenses for arrival and departure.
Fellows will be provided with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including office space, technical support, library services, event and research management, and administrative assistance. The fellowship is not a full-employment contract, allowing researchers the flexibility to pursue their projects independently.
