Eligible Nationalities
Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan calls for foreign applicants (all nationalities), including persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for full-time studying under Bachelor, Master and PhD educational programs.
Application Procedure
Required Documents for Application Submission
Bachelor's Degree Applicants:
- Identification document
- Previous education documents with transcript and notarized translation (if applicable)
- Personal statement
- Recommendation letter
- Medical certificate for studying abroad
- Application form
- Optional: Invitation letter from a Kazakhstan university
Master's Degree Applicants:
- All documents required for Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s or specialist diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Two recommendation letters
- International language proficiency certificate (such as IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
- Substantiation of the dissertation research topic
PhD Degree Applicants:
- All documents required for Master's degree
- Master’s or specialist diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Justification of the dissertation research topic

- Psychological Testing: If required, complete the psychological test via the link provided in your personal account.
