Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Kalman Award, applicants must:
Be currently enrolled (full-time or part-time) in one of the following at the University of Victoria:
Diploma in Cultural Resource Management
Graduate Professional Certificate in Cultural Heritage Studies
Any degree program related to cultural heritage
Be planning or participating in a heritage-related work or study experience in an international setting
Have completed a minimum of 12.0 credit units, with 10.5 units graded using UVic’s standard nine-point scale, in two of the three academic terms from May to April
Apply as part of the in-course scholarship process during the subsequent winter session (September to April)

- Navigate to Student Services > Awards and Financial Aid
- Click View My Student Aid
- Enter the appropriate Aid Year and Period
- Select Accept for the scholarship(s) offered
