To be eligible, students must be from Taiwan.
Application Procedure
New and continuing students should apply directly to the Asia Pacific Center via the online application. The APC will request nomination letters from departments directly.
Application materials include:
- Proposal of 1-2 pages in length. This should include your specific area of research and plans for the 2022-2023 academic year, such as completing coursework, domestic or overseas research that includes data collection and analysis, dissertation writing, etc. Also indicate the types of expenses that you expect to support with this funding.
- Unofficial UCLA transcript or most recent university transcript (minimum GPA of 3.0 required)

- Amount requested
- Other sources of funding (internal or external fellowship, TA or GSR appointment, etc.) during the award period
