Eligible Nationalities
This scholarship is open to applicants of all nationalities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Scholarship for Outstanding International Undergraduates 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Degree Level: Undergraduate students who enrolled after April 2020.
- Nationality: International students who are not Japanese nationals (excluding government-sponsored students).
- Enrollment Status: Privately funded students who have not exceeded the standard duration of their undergraduate studies.
- Academic Performance:
- New Students (AY 2025): Top performers in the entrance examination.
- Students Enrolled from AY 2020 to AY 2024: Evaluated based on academic performance in AY 2024.
- GPA Requirement: A spring semester GPA of at least 3.0 is mandatory to maintain the scholarship.
