Eligible Nationalities
MSP offers full scholarships for short courses at renowned Dutch institutions, specifically designed for young professionals from the MENA region. The eligible countries, particularly where water management is a priority area, include:

- Egypt
- Iran
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Mauritania
- Morocco
- Oman
- Tunisia
Additionally, Syrians can apply for the scholarship if they are living and working in one of the eligible countries listed above.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible IHE Delft Short Courses
MSP offers three short courses at IHE Delft that focus on water management and environmental assessment:
1. Water Quality Assessment and Monitoring
Date: 3 Feb - 21 Feb
This course provides participants with the knowledge to design and implement a monitoring network for surface- and groundwater bodies. It includes classroom, laboratory, and field-based instructions, emphasizing the theory and methodology of setting up a monitoring network.
2. Remote Sensing for Agricultural Water Management
Date: 3 Mar - 14 Mar
Participants will develop skills in using remote sensing data to estimate high-resolution agricultural water use and biomass production. The course covers techniques for assessing water productivity and irrigation performance.
3. Environmental and Social Impact Assessment at Project and Strategic Levels
Date: 23 Jun - 4 Jul
Focusing on the role of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) in guiding sectoral and regional planning, this course helps participants understand the integration of systems thinking, cumulative effects, and strategic decision-making in environmental impact assessment.
