Eligibility Criteria
For MSP Scholarship
Eligibility extends to individuals residing and working in:
Please note that applicants from Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Libya are ineligible due to specific course requirements.
For Delft Blue Scholarship
To be eligible for a Delft Blue scholarship, the candidate must:
- Be admitted to an IHE Delft short course
- Be active in a field where IHE Delft studies can make a relevant contribution
- Have the capacity to introduce acquired skills and knowledge
- Be available full-time without interruption for the course duration
- Possess additional financial means to cover remaining costs
- Not be employed by a multinational corporation (e.g., Shell, Unilever, Coca Cola) or any other large commercial organization
Application Procedure
How to Apply for MSP?
Apply for academic admission to one of the following courses before 19 March 2024:
Apply for an MSP scholarship through Delta, the online application tool for MSP scholarships, during the scholarship application period. Only apply after receiving your academic admission email. Delta is open until 26 March 2024, 16:00 CEST.

- Apply for admission to the on-campus short course of your choice
- Fill out the Delft Blue application form
- Complete the form and send it to: shortcourseregistration@un-ihe.org
- After receipt and approval of your application form, you or your employer will receive an invoice.
