Kickstart Your Entry into Higher Education
The Class of 2024 Scholarship, established for Trimester 1 2025, is a non-academic, merit-based scholarship. It is open to senior school graduates of 2024 who meet the eligibility criteria. The scholarship application deadline is Wednesday, 25th September 2024, with the recipient announcement set for Wednesday, 2nd October 2024.

Eligible Nationalities
This scholarship is only open to citizens of Australia and New Zealand.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia.
- Meet the admission requirements for a Griffith College Diploma.
- Be a new student to Griffith College.
- Have completed or be completing Year 12 in 2024 at an Australian high school.
- Have applied to study a Griffith College Diploma through StudyLink or QTAC, intending to progress to Griffith University.
- Be enrolled in a Diploma program other than Diploma of Health Care.

Submitting Your Scholarship Application
To apply, please complete the scholarship application form. Your application should include a personal statement addressing the following (maximum 300 words per section):
- Your Background and Aspirations: Describe your personal qualities, achievements (academic, personal, sporting, community, etc.), and how you’ve overcome challenges. Highlight your potential for success at Griffith College and beyond.
- Your Goals and the Impact of this Scholarship: Explain how this scholarship will support your current and future goals. Discuss how studying at Griffith College aligns with your aspirations.
- Your Chosen Field of Study: Outline your preferred study area and your academic pathway, including your plans for further study after completing your diploma.
- Shortlisted applicants may be required to provide additional documentation or participate in an interview with the Scholarship Selection Committee.
- Applications must be submitted by September 25, 2024.
