The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy proudly presents the Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship Program 2025/2026, offering fully funded opportunities for Cambodian citizens to pursue Masters or PhD studies in the United States. With a mission to foster mutual understanding between nations, the Fulbright Program provides round-trip transportation, full tuition and fees coverage, and a living stipend for selected scholars. Eligible Nationalities
This scholarship program is open to citizens of Cambodia.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a Cambodian citizen.
- Possess a stellar academic record with a history of academic excellence.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (for Master's programs) or a Master's degree from an accredited institution (for Doctoral programs).
- Demonstrate English proficiency through a minimum TOEFL score (570 paper-based, 230 computer-based, 88 internet-based) or a 7.0 IELTS score.
- Show potential to adapt well to a new cultural environment.
- Be in good health and capable of handling a demanding academic workload.
- Have limited prior experience living or studying in the United States.
