Degree Level

DOST Philippine Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Undergraduate level programs at Science Education Institute (SEI), Philippines Universities.

Benefits

Successful applicants can pursue priority science and technology courses in state universities or DOST-accredited private institutions. They will receive the following benefits:

• Tuition Subsidy: ₱20,000 per semester for students in private universities.
• Monthly Stipend: ₱8,000 for 10 months of the academic year.
• Book Allowance: ₱5,000 per semester.
• Thesis Allowance: ₱10,000 as an outright grant.
• Transportation Allowance: For those studying outside their home province.
• Clothing Allowance: One-time allowance for first-year scholars.
• Graduation Allowance: Upon program completion.

Eligible Nationalities

This scholarship is open to domestic students only.

Eligibility Criteria

The scholarships are open to all Grade 12 students graduating in the school year 2024–2025. Eligible applicants must:

• Be natural-born Filipino citizens.
• Be of good moral character and in good health.
• Not be enrolled in college or have earned any post-secondary units.

There are two types of scholarships available:

• RA 7687 Scholarship: For talented students from economically disadvantaged families.
• Merit Scholarship: For students with high aptitude in science and mathematics, regardless of socio-economic status.
