Eligibility Criteria
Nationality and Health:
- Non-Chinese nationals in good health.
Educational Background and Age:
- Bachelor’s degree applicants: High school diploma; under 25 years old.
- Master’s degree applicants: Bachelor’s degree; under 35 years old.
- Doctorate applicants: Master’s degree; under 40 years old.
Language Proficiency:
- Chinese-Medium Programs: HSK Band 4 (Bachelor) or HSK Band 5 (Master/Doctor) with scores above 180.
- English-Medium Programs: TOEFL IBT 80+, IELTS 6.0+, or Duolingo 100+.
(Exemption available for English-native speakers or students with English-medium education.)

First Batch:- November 1, 2024 – February 20, 2025
- No limitation on majors.

Second Batch:
- February 21 – March 31, 2025

Apply Online:
- Visit the CSC Study in China portal (Agency No: 10710; Program Type: B).
- Register on Chang’an University’s platform: International Education School.
Application Fee:
- Pay RMB 600 online after passing the material review.
Submit Required Documents:
- CSC Application Form
- Academic transcripts and diplomas (translated and notarized).
- Motivation letter (500+ words).
- Research proposal (Master/Ph.D. applicants).
- Two academic recommendation letters.
- Physical examination form.
- Conditional Acceptance Letter (Master/Ph.D.).
- Proof of language proficiency.
- Certificates of achievements and cultural activities.
- Non-criminal record certificate.

Admission Procedure
First Batch:
- Shortlisted candidates announced by March 31, 2025.
- Final selection by CSC by June 30, 2025.
Second Batch:
- Shortlisted candidates announced by May 31, 2025.
- Final selection by CSC by July 31, 2025.
Successful applicants will receive admission notices and visa forms by July (first batch) or August (second batch).
