Application Procedure

Step 3: Preselection by Institution
The university reviews and preselects eligible applicants.
Step 4: Application via Mobility-Online
If shortlisted, the university will create your profile in the Mobility-Online application portal.
Step 5: Confirmation Email
You’ll receive a notification from the portal regarding your preselection status.
Step 6: Upload Required Documents
Log in to Mobility-Online and upload:
- Passport photo & valid ID/passport
- Curriculum Vitae (with GPA, awards, publications)
- Academic transcript (plus certified translation if not in Dutch, French, German, or English)
- English test results or exemption letter
- Motivation letter (English)
- Two signed recommendation letters (English)
- Diploma copy (plus certified translation if required)
Step 7: Final Submission
The host institution must validate and submit your completed application before the official deadline: 27 April 2025, 23:59 GMT+1. Late submissions will not be considered.
