AU is offering £10,000 towards tuition fees for the LLM International Commercial Law to one student from Kenya, who will enroll at Aston University in the 2022-23 academic year.

- Course: LLM International Commercial Law
- Nationality: Kenya (you must also be a current resident of Kenya)
- Minimum academic qualification: the equivalent of a UK 2:1 degree qualification
Application Procedure
To apply for a GREAT Scholarship (Justice & Law), you will need to apply for the Aston University LLM International Commercial Law course first. Once you have received an offer for this course, you can then log into your My Aston Portal (MAP) account, where you will find a link to the scholarship application form. Details on how to access your MAP account can be found in your offer email.
- Please create a 1-minute video to answer the question - "How will studying Law at Aston University enable you to contribute to the welfare and development of your country?"
To ensure a fair application process, if your video is longer than 1 minute we will only consider the first 1 minute of the video.
- Please submit a 500-word personal statement on why you are eligible for this course, and how you will establish an engagement with the UK as a scholar, through personal and academic fulfilment.
Please upload your video to YouTube (or an alternative platform if YouTube is not available in your country) and submit both the video link, as well as your 500-word personal statement, on the 'GREAT Scholarship' application page on My Aston Portal (MAP).
- Interview stage
An Aston University panel will review all GREAT Scholarship (Justice & Law) applications and a small number of successful candidates will then be shortlisted for an interview with academic staff from Aston Law School. This interview will take place in June 2022 and successful candidates will be invited to this stage via email.
