Any applicant to the School of Biological Sciences who firmly accepts a conditional or unconditional offer of a place.

Scholarship Open for International Students:

International Students can apply for this scholarship.

Scholarship Description:

Worth up to £1,000 during the first year of undergraduate study and a guaranteed place in hall of residence accommodation (if required), for the normal duration of the degree programme.We accept applications from all candidates who have firmly accepted our offer of a place here.  The scholarships are awarded to our best candidates and we make the decisions immediately on receipt of the ‘A’ level and other qualification grades, in August.  They are competitive, and at this stage we cannot make any guarantee of success.  The level of competition depends, of course, on how many students apply.  If you have applied for deferred entry then you are welcome to apply now, but please tick the relevant box on the form.  If awarded, your scholarship will be guaranteed for next year

Up to 5  Scholarships in a year are being awarded.

A one-off payment of up to £1,000 and a guaranteed place in hall of residence accommodation (if required), for the normal duration of the degree programme.
