• Developing and maintaining strong & effective working relationships with colleagues from different geographies and backgrounds
• Performing in a fast-paced intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and managing tight timelines and deliverables across multiple projects while staying true to BCG’s values and culture
• Identifying issues and the understanding of when to escalate key issues in a timely manner

• Getting up-to-speed quickly in new processes and technologies to train others
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at a German university
• You have excellent listening skills and are well-structured when taking notes and collecting materials
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• You consider yourself skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• You are very responsive and can manage employee registration requests for digital tools such as Slack, MS Teams, Trello
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and a confident and professional communicator
• You are flexible and can respond quickly to a variety of administrative tasks
• You like working with cross functional and international teams and supporting others
• You have a fantastic eye for detail
